Des and Bob are the absolute best piano tuners, superb professional craftsmen I have a 1912 Swedish piano. With Des taking care of it, it looks and sounds fantastic. My mother had an old Acrosonic spinet that hadn't been tuned in several decades. Des moved it to my son's house and tuned it. It sounds like new. I wouldn't use or recommend anyone else.

Des is the number one piano tuner in the bay area, as far as I'm concerned. He and his partner thoroughly clean the piano inside and out as well as tune it to perfection. I have a nearly 7 foot Koehler-Campbell grand piano which I love, and it always sounds so much better after they have attended to it. I'll not employ anyone else other than Burton/Wilson!

If there was a 10 star rating that's the rating I would give this company. The work that was done on my 1929 Steinway Model L was superlative in every sense. The piano sings with a luscious sound, and the action has never been this good. I genuinely feel like I have a brand new Steinway. Many thanks to Des Wilson for his excellent craftsmanship and for restoring my piano to its most wonderful capacity. The piano was a semi-precious stone, but Des turned it into a finally cut diamond.

Des Wilson is absolutely the best when it comes to piano tuning, moving, and even storage of pianos if needed. He is meticulous and so pleasant to have in our home! He even stored it for 1 year when I had to move from one house to another. My Steinway has been well taken care of for more than 16 years by Des and I can't say enough about how great this company is! I once had grumpy piano tuners who were so temperamental --but not Des--he is truly the most kind, pleasant and great guy to take care of my piano.
